Occupancy is on a weekly basis.

Arrival is possible from Monday to Sunday

- from 4:00 p.m. onwards.

On the day of departure you can stay in the house until 10:00 a.m.

Additional costs on site: final cleaning 120,-€

Electricity: Electricity is billed separately.

The administrator records your consumption.

Final cleaning: 120,- € (150,- € with dog) is paid on site to the administration.

On the day of departure, the landlord will check the apartment and if there are no defects,

the deposit will be refunded to you.

Cancellation conditions

We recommend that you take out travel insurance.

If you cancel a trip, a written declaration of cancellation is required.

The decisive factor for the following cancellation fees is the receipt of the written declaration by the landlord.

Cancellation fees:

Up to 90 days before departure 30% of the travel price

From 60 days before departure 50% of the travel price

From 35 days before departure 80% of the travel price

In case of later cancellation or non-arrival, the entire travel price will be charged
