We spent two wonderful weeks in Martin and Bettina Luithardt's wonderful holiday home. The house is really perfect in everything and leaves nothing to be desired. Be it in terms of the equipment (everything as described in the advertisement), the absolute cleanliness, the beautiful, elevated, quiet location with a view of the pool (right in front of the door) or the accessibility to the great beach (5 minutes by car to the sea, that but you can also easily reach it on foot or by bike). The many great tips that we received from the Luithardt family, for example for excursions and restaurant visits, were exemplary and helpful and we were happy to accept them. From the booking to the entire processing of our holiday, everything was excellently organized by Martin, who was always available as a contact person.  Thank you very much for a lovely and relaxing holiday.

We had a great holiday in Martin and Bettina's house. The house is impeccable, very well equipped, with a superb terrace. The swimming pool, just a stone's throw away, is a considerable asset in Spain. The bikes available to get to the beach in less than 10 minutes are a real plus. Martin provides very good advice, attentive, responsive and welcoming (bottle of wine on arrival). We will come back with great pleasure.

This air BnB is the best equipped place I have ever rented. It was spotlessly clean and so so functional, it just made the holiday so easy. The outside area is just incredible and the location to the pool is perfect. We will 100% rent here again, would thoroughly recommend!

In May 2024 we spent 14 relaxing days in the Luithardt family's holiday home. Booking and answering our questions before we arrived went really well. Lisa was picked up at the airport on time and we were given all the information about the accommodation and the surrounding area during the drive to the holiday home. Thank you Lisa for putting up with our many questions so patiently. The holiday home is very nice and clean. Every morning we were able to enjoy the sunrise from the terrace. Martin's information about excursions and culinary points of contact was very helpful and we used it extensively. We were in the holiday home with 4 people and would have had enough space for 2 more people. Thank you for this wonderful, unforgettable stay, which we will definitely repeat again.

We are currently enjoying this fantastic accommodation to the fullest! From the first moment, and by that I actually mean the first contact, you feel right at home with the landlords, the Luithardt family! Everything is as described if not even more beautiful! The processing in Germany and on site in Spain are perfect👍🏻! The on-site property manager, Lisa, is super nice and totally helpful (thanks again for the help when we were locked out 😂🙈😂)! The house, the terrace and the pool are wonderful and you can enjoy your vacation from the first moment! The equipment in the house is an A+ with stars! I would particularly like to highlight the beach equipment at this point, simply amazing👍🏻! THANKS also to Martin for his great insider tips! If you don't feel comfortable here, it's your own fault😂! We will definitely come back and recommend this accommodation to all our friends 1000%!

The five of us stayed in this beautiful holiday home for 14 days in June 2024. And it was a really nice time. The landlord was very committed, took care of a lot of things and always gave us tips for things to do. The complex in which the house is located is very well maintained. The pool was checked and cleaned daily. Thanks to the many tips, it was never boring during the two weeks. We alternated beach days, on the great beach nearby, and trips to, for example, Cartagena, Alicante, the island of Tabarca or the Fuentes del Algar, to name just a few of the excursion destinations. It was great everywhere, but the island of Tabarca and the waterfalls in particular were absolute highlights! The house itself was spacious and well-equipped, even with an occupancy of 5 people. There's really nothing missing here! :)

Very nice and always helpful landlords. This accommodation leaves nothing to be desired. The house is super beautiful and very lovingly furnished, the terrace is perfect for relaxing.This summer, five of us spent three weeks in this accommodation and we will definitely come back because it was a wonderful holiday!

Very friendly landlords and management who are always open to questions and changes. Super nice, clean house - basically it has everything you need. The location is also very nice, you have to walk a few minutes to the beach but you pass lots of exciting things. The area and the house feel safe even at night. The pool sound next to the house was so great & relaxing that I now need at least 1 indoor fountain in the bedroom :') There are also many cities worth seeing in the surrounding area. I would love to come back and am already looking forward to it. Thank you for your hospitality in every way! It was a nice first vacation!

Very friendly and committed landlord. Cozy and fully equipped holiday home with a beautiful large terrace and great surroundings. Very clean pool and beaches. All in all, a place where you just feel at home. We like to travel there whenever possible.
